Twin City Racing was created to give Derby Owners Club players in Minnesota a site to call our own.
 
Twin City Racing does not just belong to one person, all Derby players that play in the Twin City Metro area are membebers of Twin City Racing.
 
This site is set up for the perpetuation of the game that we all love to play, the betterment of all players, and to highlight the achivements and milestones of all D.O.C. W.E. players
